Refund Policy

HOW DO I KNOW I AM ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • You purchased the SIM from Ⓒ CatchyDigits.in.
  • You did not receive the UPC (Unique Porting Code) within 24 working hours of purchase.
  • Your order was canceled by us for any reason, including technical issues or other problems encountered during the booking process.

HOW MUCH OF THE AMOUNT PAID WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER ORDER CANCELLATION?

  • We have a 100% refund policy. The full amount you paid for your VIP number will be refunded if the order is canceled.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PORTING REQUEST IS REJECTED BY THE OPERATOR?

  • If your porting request is rejected by the operator for any reason, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

  • Refunds are typically processed within 4-7 working days.
  • If a UPC was shared, the refund process may take 20-25 working days.
